Huatai Attraction is located in Dongcun, Puwa Township. It belongs to the Puwa Park of Fangshan World Geopark and is close to National Highway 108. The Attraction is 750-1800 meters above sea level, with an average annual temperature of 9-10 degrees Celsius. It belongs to the warm temperate semi-humid climate zone. In spring, the Attraction is full of mountain flowers and spring colors; in summer, it is full of green and lush; in autumn, it is colorful and full of forests; in winter, it is covered with silver and is particularly enchanting. Dongcun Huatai Attraction has relatively complete facilities. It is a comprehensive tourist Attraction integrating sightseeing, leisure, vacation, fitness and picking. The Attraction is divided into ridge scenery area, forest bathing area, pastoral picking area, car camping area and wooden house health area. Ridge scenery area: relying on the ridge to build a sightseeing trail according to the mountain terrain, the total length is about 5,500 meters, and an average of 600 to 800 meters are built for people to rest. Pavilions and landscape platforms are built, providing tourists with a great opportunity to exercise, recuperate, integrate into nature, and overlook the mountain scenery. Forest bathing area: mainly composed of artificial forests, with species such as Chinese pine and larch, a green ocean with high negative oxygen ion content. Visitors can bathe in the natural oxygen bar, breathe fresh air, enjoy the beautiful scenery, watch animals playing, and listen to birds singing in the forest. Pastoral picking area: There is a scenic spot called Chrysanthemum Terrace in the pastoral picking area. More than 30 varieties of chrysanthemums of various colors are planted on the terraced high platform, which is gorgeous and boundless. Even in late autumn, when the chrysanthemums wither and die, the scene of "chrysanthemums withered and wounded all over the ground" still has a desolate beauty. There are also edible fungus bases, off-season strawberry bases, wild vegetable bases, Chinese material bases, and even pumpkin corridors. The base picking area can provide seasonal picking services for tourists from April to the end of October every year.
