"Panda Huahua did not see it, there are too many people in the queue, at least 2 hours, give up... However, most pandas look like they don’t have a bath, they have a lot of mud and dirty, and they have watched other pandas eat. It’s really fragrant... The friends who have not been there are very worth a visit... The fun is a bit lacking, No interactive activities."

    Dujiangyan.Dujiangyan Scenic Area
    >100km from Pengan
Highlights: The Dujiangyan Irrigation System is located along the main branch of the Lancang River, west of Dujiangyan City. It was constructed in the Qin dynasty around 256 BC by Li Bing, Prefecture Chief of Shu County, and his son. It is one of the few ancient Chinese water conservancy projects that has remained preserved and intact. The project consists of three primary works—Yuzui Diverting Embankment, the Feishayan Spillway, and the Baopingkou Water Inlet, and two secondary works which include the Baizhangdi (the thousand-feet dam) and Renzidi (the y-shaped dam). They divide the Yongjiang River into an outer and an inner branch, the former of which is used to divert floods and the latter for irrigation. This has allowed the Western Sichuan plateau to become "the land of abundance" as we now know it.

"The Sanxingdui Archaeological Museum presents a mesmerizing window into ancient Chinese civilization, showcasing a treasure trove of artifacts spanning millennia. From intricately crafted bronze masks to majestic sculptures, the collection provides invaluable insights into the rich cultural heritage of the Shu Kingdom. The museum's contemporary design and immersive exhibits create an enchanting atmosphere that captivates visitors of all ages, making it a must-see for history buffs. However, some might find the museum's remote location and limited transportation options inconvenient, especially for those traveling independently. Moreover, the lack of English signage could be a drawback for international visitors seeking deeper understanding. Overall, while the museum offers a riveting journey through the past, addressing accessibility and language barriers could further enrich the experience for all."
