I received a Toyota 40 Series with 45,000 kilometers on it. The car was in good condition, the infotainment system was genuine Toyota, and there were no problems driving it. The shop owner, Fanny, was also very kind, proactively delivering the car to me – excellent service! However, parking such a long car in a parking space in Macau really requires skill and experience; you have to be extra careful, especially paying attention to the height restrictions in parking lots.

Driver is very friendly and helpful. He arrived earlier and didn't rush us. Helped us with our luggages, shared with us about Guangzhou. Driving was smooth and the ride was very comfortable.

I have been to Macau so many times, but this is my first time to go on a self-drive trip to Macau. The service of Sanwa really makes me feel like I can't go back! The service was done adequately! There is a dedicated follow-up from arrival in Macau to departure, and the staff will be very patient to answer questions, and most importantly, the car is very new, almost all equipment is complete! We had a great experience with our airport transfer! The lady driver was punctual, arriving on time for our pickup. She was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the journey. She also kindly helped us lift and load our heavy luggage into the car boot. Her thoughtful service made our transfer smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. My first self-drive trip in Macau, this car rental made me very happy and unforgettable, because the company staff Fanny had contacted me before renting, took my information and made a contract in advance Fanny personally drove the car to the Venetian Hotel to deliver the car to me ,  this car I am very satisfied because the vehicle is new and tidy,  after checking the vehicle properly, can pick up the car to Macau around sightseeing, I am not clear about the parking situation and information in Macau, I contacted Fanny using WhatsApp I am very grateful, to the day of delivery also contacted me, and arranged for colleagues to send me to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao departure port , I have a lot of experience in self-driving tours, but have never met a company to customers like friends attentive, so my experience, tell all my friends

Flight arrived early, driver also contact us straight on landing. Too bad the custom is lack of manpower. 1 & half hour stuck in immigration. Thankfully driver wait for us patiently. We can rest on the car during the 1 hour ride without need to take the train and transfer around Tokyo. Especially after 8 hours midnight flight + 1and half hour standing queue in the airport immigration.

Having rented cars in Japan, Taiwan, the US, and mainland China, this was my first time in Macau. In the past, getting a taxi in Macau was extremely difficult. Taking the free shuttle buses was always crowded and they weren't guaranteed to take you where you wanted to go. Buses were also time-consuming, and if you weren't familiar with the area, you had to constantly check routes. This time, for a two-day trip, I decided to check out car rentals and found the prices very reasonable – definitely worth the convenience. The K-car I rented was easy to drive and park, and had enough space for two people's luggage. I must mention the company's service; it was the best I've ever experienced! Without a doubt! After contacting them in advance, the staff picked us up at the pier and completed the paperwork in the car. The staff were friendly, like friends, and always considerate of the customer. The return time was also very flexible; as long as you communicated well, the staff would try their best to accommodate you. In addition, the rental company gave you a Macau Pass with the car keys, which can be used for parking in the parking lot, with reimbursement based on actual costs. The shop staff were very helpful; they picked us up from near my hotel to pick up the car. After returning the car, they even offered to take us to the border crossing.
