It's very easy to use, no need to change SIM cards, which is hassle-free. The price is better than roaming too. We bought a 5G per day plan and we still had more than enough. We didn't run out in a full day. Typically, we use it for Line, sending photos, using Google Maps, and posting Instagram stories occasionally. We don't watch TikTok or YouTube. I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.
