This was the second day trip I booked with the same local travel agency during my trip to Tianjin. Mr. Zhang was still driving. Perhaps due to the off-season, many shops in the scenic area were closed, but overall the experience was still quite good.

Unfortunately, it was raining and chilly 🌧️, but luckily we met a great driver/guide. Mr. Chen, a genuine, warm, and chubby man from Tianjin, was very considerate. It started raining as soon as we started visiting the attractions, and he thoughtfully suggested where to take shelter and continue sightseeing. We went back early several times, and he always arrived promptly. He even pointed out many attractions we weren't just passing by; he was generous, considerate, and thorough. Yesterday, I forgot my car when I got off, so I needed to go to the lost and found at the West Railway Station, and he drove me there after he finished. Very kind 👌🏻 Thank you.

I had a good experience with this tour, they were reaching out to me through wechat two days before and their communication was great! I'm thankful for the other review on this tour that helped set my expectations. I had my phone fully charged and took a battery backup. I had a translator app on my phone and tried to be close to tour guide Mr.Zhang so I could stay informed. Mr.Zhang did a great job making sure I understood the meet up times and was very kind. He was also very knowledge and I could tell he was a proud local who wanted to share the significance of his city. He was thoughtful too, it was a hot day and he kept reminding us to be in the shade. If I needed to talk to him, I sent him a WeChat text. The bus driver was great too, smooth driving and promptly picked us up when Mr.Zhang called him. I would suggest, if you have kids to consider the length of this tour, it was a long even for adults also, do the relaxing boat ride which has air conditioning, great info and scenery
