A fascinating tour around the Medina and Souks guided by Abdel. There is no better way to get into the culture of a comunity than via the cuisine and this trip certainly fits the bill. Several stops, with almost more local foods than you can eat, with accompanying geographic, historical and cultural commentary. If, like us, you are totally overwelmed by the energy and variety offered by the Medina ans souks, this is an excellent way to get started.
