Our tour guide, Kaku, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended! 👍 He provided commentary three times, in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and even reminded us which restaurants were good, which were average, and where to go first. He also distributed electronic maps and tourist brochures. I've participated in other local Japanese Gassho-zukuri village bus tours before, and none of the guides were this attentive. The itinerary included a 10-minute photo opportunity at the observation deck before continuing to the village, saving us the 30-minute round trip hike! 😂 This time, I didn't expect to have to climb to the observation deck myself, so the time spent in the village felt a bit rushed. But Kaku was wonderful – highly recommended! 👍★

Kamikochi is very beautiful, walking around the forest is very enjoyable, the 3km journey with very beautiful views, thank you to our guide, Ms. Lili, who explained the route to us in great detail.★

The meeting point was easy to find, and everyone departed on time. I was surprised to find people from different countries on the bus. The tour guide was excellent and very meticulous, providing commentary in Chinese, Japanese, and English throughout the trip. The driver drove smoothly, and everything went according to schedule. The bus was clean, making the trip very worthwhile. I also found a delicious Hida beef restaurant near Nakabashi; definitely worth trying if you're planning a trip there. I originally intended to go on my own, but looking back, I'm so glad I booked this bus – it was great value for money.★

The scenery in Shirakawa-go is truly beautiful; the actual view is even more stunning than the photos, definitely worth a visit! The entire itinerary was well-planned, with just the right pace—not too rushed, yet allowing ample time for sightseeing and photography.
Special thanks to our tour guide, Liu Mei, who was incredibly enthusiastic and professional throughout the trip. She not only provided detailed explanations of Shirakawa-go and its local customs and culture but also reminded us of various travel precautions. She was also very attentive to everyone during the tour, even proactively helping us take beautiful photos! Her patient communication and attentive service made the entire trip relaxing and enjoyable.
The scenery was beautiful, the itinerary was well-planned, and the tour guide was very reliable—it was a wonderful trip to Shirakawa-go, highly recommended!
