A perfect day trip! Mount Bromo's lunar surface truly lives up to its name; every shot is a masterpiece. Customer service was excellent throughout, with a clear itinerary and efficient communication. The driver was incredibly friendly, allowed ample time for sightseeing, and enthusiastically recommended photo spots – fantastic!★

We set off under the stars at dawn.
After sunrise, the misty forest gradually dissipated, revealing Lonely Planet.
Semeru slowly emerged as a mushroom cloud in the distance.
Our guide, Kiki, was exceptionally responsible and excellent, proactively offering his services. He helped carry all our bags when he saw us taking photos, even bringing his own geography textbook! His photography skills were top-notch, and he knew all the popular photo spots like the back of his hand. The driver was great; he drove the jeep all the way to the railing, so we barely walked to and from the observation deck. The wait at the coffee shop wasn't long, and being indoors for a while kept us warm. We managed our time well, arriving back at the airport at 2 PM just in time to check in for our 3:30 PM flight. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾★

The price was very reasonable, and the reminders were very detailed. They even provided a list of what to bring, which made things very convenient. Although setting off at dawn was tiring, the scenery was truly breathtaking, and we even saw the sunrise – it was totally worth it! The guide also helped take many beautiful photos, making it a very enjoyable trip.★

The drive from Surabaya to Mount Ijin took seven hours. Along the way, the guide arranged rest stops and took us to buy supplies. The driver was very steady. At the volcano's crater entrance, the local guides were very professional and taught us how to exert ourselves, from which we learned a great deal of climbing experience.
