From nagoya station, needed to go to the manual ticket gate to scan the qr code as the normal gates are not equipped. make sure to board the right train as the same track services multiple lines. not too challenging. just be alert and look at signs.★

This pass was totally worth it! We chose to buy it because we were traveling to see the 2026 F1 Japanese GP. Personally, I think it was very worthwhile. We also made separate paid reservations for limited express tickets (booked in advance via the website) for every leg of the journey from Osaka to Shiroko to ensure we wouldn't miss any of our trains. The return trip was a normal one, with only one transfer. I really regret not visiting Nagoya and Nara. If you're planning a trip to those major cities, I highly recommend this pass. Overall, it's great value and saves a lot on transportation costs. I'll definitely buy this pass again next time. It's very convenient to use.
