The tour was well organised - the handing out and explanation of how to use the headsets, travelling as a group together on the train between sites. Benedetto was friendly, helpful, approachable, knowledgeable, and patient with the group, answering any questions across both Pompeii and Ercolano. There was a lot to see, discuss, and remember, but it was never rushed. Yes, it's possible to spend days at Pompeii but two hours at each place was still a very sensible amount of time, with a good opportunity to get a flavour of each site, and their differences.

Overall, it was alright, but we spent too much time on Pompeii, the afternoon volcano tour was too rushed, and the pizza was terrible.

The itinerary was well-planned, covering three stunning coastal towns in southern Italy in one day, especially recommended for those with limited time. Public transportation to these places is incredibly time-consuming, and driving on the mountain roads is quite challenging. The day trip was excellent, with a professional guide, skilled driver, and good time management, making it a very safe and reliable experience.
