Incredible experience, would highly recommend to any world travelers. Our driver pushed through tiredness, while also going above and beyond on giving us a great cultural experience. Our guide on the waterfall was very experienced and adventurous, giving us a holistic experience that we cherished. We set off under the stars at dawn. After sunrise, the misty forest gradually dissipated, revealing Lonely Planet. Semeru slowly emerged as a mushroom cloud in the distance. Our guide, Kiki, was exceptionally responsible and excellent, proactively offering his services. He helped carry all our bags when he saw us taking photos, even bringing his own geography textbook! His photography skills were top-notch, and he knew all the popular photo spots like the back of his hand. The driver was great; he drove the jeep all the way to the railing, so we barely walked to and from the observation deck. The wait at the coffee shop wasn't long, and being indoors for a while kept us warm. We managed our time well, arriving back at the airport at 2 PM just in time to check in for our 3:30 PM flight. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

They even helped with photography and suggested the best spots. They didn’t push for tips or other fees and they even rent jackets on-site. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
