We booked and received confirmation quickly. We coordinated the details via WhatsApp. They also sent a reminder about the trip.
They met us at the hotel on time, collected everyone from their hotels, and took us to the minibus. The bus itself was comfortable, with water, air conditioning, fairly comfortable seats, no silly music, etc. We arrived smoothly, and then they loaded us into a minivan and took us to the hotel. Everything was perfect. I expected less organization, but they surprised me :)β

The bus is comfortable, clean, and tidy, with different lighting modes in each cabin. There's Wi-Fi, a vibration massager, a bottle of water, a napkin, and headphones, though I still haven't figured out how to use the TV. There's plenty of space for someone 180 cm tall; we even managed to sleep comfortably with two people. The air conditioning on the second floor feels significantly colder than on the first, but maybe that's just a coincidence. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Overall, I highly recommend it!β

The bus journey from Ha Long to Ninh Binh was very convenient, comfortable, and relaxing. The driver was experienced and helpful throughout the trip. Pick-up was arranged directly from the hotel, and we were dropped off exactly at our destination, making the entire journey smooth and hassle-free.ξ₯
