The day trip was perfect. The itinerary and pace were ideal but what made the trip perfect was our guide. While I'm sure all of the guides are great, Stephen Johnson made the day for us. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and depth of engagement with all of us on the trip is likely unmatched by any other. Stephen is the person you want sit down with, enjoy a glass of wine, and talk about anything and everything. He's your friend the moment you're introduced. I highly recommend Platypus to all.

Many thanks to our driver, Mr. Xiong, for his warm and attentive service throughout the trip. He even helped us find the perfect spots, resulting in professional-quality photos. The weather was crystal clear that day, and my mood was as bright as the sky. We had a relaxing and therapeutic day at the vineyard. Highly recommended!

Exceptional tour. Craig was our guide and he was great from the beginning until the end of the tour. We learned a lot about the wine and the grapes. We even experienced Rutherford’s first harvest of the season. Lunch was great at Backstage winery. We visited Bread and Butter winery as our final stop, the facility is top notched and Tim was a great host.
