Because we dropped in unexpectedly, there was a bit of chaos during the tour, but that was completely compensated for by the hostess's enthusiasm. We felt like we were being welcomed into someone's home, rather than visiting a company. We thought that was absolutely fantastic.

I got 5GB, it's more than enough. I spent almost the entire day video chatting, sending photos and videos, and it handled everything perfectly. But for some reason, it wouldn't work at times. Sometimes I'd reconnect, but that didn't always help. Maybe the connection itself isn't that great in Venice. I haven't tried it in other cities yet. Even on the train, I had good reception.
