Reviews: From Samarkand: Shahrisabz, Amir Timur's Hometown Day Trip

Our guide, Umar, gave excellent explanations. He shared a lot of information that I wouldn't have learned on my own. He also taught us about the customs and traditional beliefs of the Uzbek people. My English skills were insufficient, and there were some discrepancies between his explanations and those in history books I'd read in Japan, so I wanted to ask more questions, but I couldn't. He took us to a recommended restaurant, and it was a fun tour where I could interact with the other participants.
