Overall, the experience was quite good considering the price; you get what you pay for. However, there were two issues: First, I suggest avoiding full capacity in the future and leaving the last two seats empty. Those seats are incredibly cramped, slippery, and uneven – they practically wear down your bottom after a long ride. Second, the meal times in Kiama town are too rushed; the itinerary could be optimized. But overall, considering the price, these two issues shouldn't significantly impact the rating.★

A highly satisfying day trip along Sydney's southern coast! The Mercedes-Benz private car service was excellent, and the vehicle was comfortable. Along the way, we visited the town of Kiama and the Jeringham coastline. The stunning ocean views and cliffs were breathtaking, the blowhole was amazing, and the Kangaroo Valley offered a fantastic opportunity to feed kangaroos up close – a truly interactive experience. The itinerary was well-paced, not rushed at all. The driver/guide patiently explained the local culture and scenery throughout, making for a relaxed and enjoyable trip that allowed us to deeply experience the natural beauty of Australia's southern coast. Highly recommended!
