You get a numbered ticket when you board, and collect it when you get off, plus show the driver your 2-day pass voucher on your phone. The ride is incredibly smooth. This was my first time arriving in Japan alone by plane, and it was even at the airport in the middle of the night. I then took a bus to my destination by myself. The Tachikatsu Bus was really convenient, the service was excellent, and they even had Wi-Fi available – it was fantastic!★

Just like with other media, you click the link in the voucher and show the screen to the attendant. Please note that you cannot use it through automatic ticket gates. The process was very simple, and I would definitely use it again if I have the opportunity.
