[How to Use]

After booking, you will receive an e-ticket voucher. Please open the voucher and click on the "e-ticket URL" to reserve your ticket.

*Purchasing this product does not guarantee a bus reservation. You need to reserve your pick-up and drop-off points and bus number at the "e-ticket website".

*This product requires reservation within 30 days of purchase; otherwise, the voucher will be invalid.

Operating steps:

1. Please reserve your pick-up and drop-off locations and bus schedules at the "e-ticket website".

Please note: The system only allows reservations for travel dates up to 30 days in advance.

2. Please arrive at the bus station approximately 10 minutes before departure time.

3. Please show the QR code on your e-ticket to the bus station staff or bus driver.

*Bus reservations must be cancelled 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, the reservation cannot be cancelled.

*The airport shuttle bus operates on a seat-reserved basis; once all seats are occupied, no more passengers may board. There is no standing room. Seat numbers will be displayed on the QR tickets sold under the seat-reserved system. If no seat is reserved, please choose your own seat.

※Free Wi-Fi is available inside the vehicle.

*This voucher is non-resaleable. Resold vouchers will be unusable.

※Smoking is prohibited on all Limousine buses.

※As buses travel on highways (including expressways), traffic jams are common in the mornings and evenings of weekdays or during peak travel seasons, which may cause delays. Please be sure to allow sufficient time when you leave home.

※Your luggage will be stored in the bus's luggage compartment, with a maximum of 2 pieces per person.

Please do not put the following items in your luggage that will be stored. Our company will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during storage:

Valuable items such as cash, securities, precious metals, and collectibles; fragile items such as cameras and glassware.

10. Please do not put the following items in your luggage that will be stored:

1) Explosives, flammable or easily ignited objects, corrosive chemicals, and other items that may endanger the safety of the bus and its cargo.

2) Pets (small animals such as birds, dogs, and cats) cannot be stored as luggage.

3) The size of the luggage to be stored must be within 50×60×120 cm (please ask the staff in advance). The weight of each piece of luggage must be less than 30 kg, and each person can store a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage.
