How to use
1. When using the Keio Line/Inokashira Line 1-Day Pass, tap the "Use e-ticket" button in the email received after booking, or tap the link provided in the voucher to open the usage screen. Then, scan the QR code at a ticket gate that supports QR code scanning to enter and exit the station.
2. When purchasing tickets for 2 or more people, the group leader must tap "Use" to activate all tickets at once. The leader must ensure all group members enter/exit the station in order and finally pass through the ticket gate together.
3. When using the Mount Takao cable car/chairlift round-trip ticket, Mount Takao Monkey Park admission ticket + feed redemption voucher, Wild Grass Garden entry pass, Keio Mount Takao Onsen/Gokuraku-yu towel redemption voucher, or Keio Department Store Shinjuku 5% discount coupon, please click the e-ticket link received after booking, show the e-ticket to staff, and press the "Use" button.

※Guests with tattoos or who are intoxicated will not be allowed to enter Keio Mount Takao Hot Spring.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
