





This discount pass is for foreign travelers (non-Japanese) and allows unlimited rides on JR East lines, all Fujikyuko lines, all Izu Kyuko lines, all Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit lines, all Tokyo Monorail lines, all Joshin Dentetsu lines, and the Saitama New Urban Transit Line (New Shuttle) between Omiya and The Railway Museum. It covers reserved and non-reserved seats in ordinary cars on limited express trains (including Shinkansen), express trains, and local trains (including rapid trains).
Additionally, you can ride in reserved seats in ordinary cars on the Limited Express trains "Nikko", "SPACIA Nikko", "Kinugawa", and "SPACIA Kinugawa", which operate on the JR East Line and Tobu Railway Line.
Participation Restrictions

Expiration date
You can exchange for a physical ticket within 3 months from the date of purchase.
Cancel

Riding notices
1 You cannot take the Tokaido Shinkansen.
Passengers traveling in Gran Class (deluxe car), Green Car (first class), or sleeper cars must purchase designated seat tickets for Gran Class (deluxe car) and Green Car (first class) in advance.
※The "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" only covers the base fare (excluding reserved seat tickets for the above-mentioned cars).
3 When taking reserved seats on the "Fujisan Tokkyu" and "Fujisan View Tokkyu" trains within the Fujikyuko Line, as well as the "Fujisan Tozan Densha," an additional fee is required.
4. The GALA Yuzawa Station on the Joetsu Shinkansen is only available during the operating period of GALA Yuzawa Snow Resort.
5. The JR Tokyo Wide Pass cannot be used for JR bus services.
About Seat Selection
■ To use the "reserved seat" on Shinkansen or limited express trains, you must present a reserved seat ticket. A reserved seat ticket is not required when riding regular lines or the "non-reserved seat" section of Shinkansen/limited express trains. (Please note that some trains offer reserved seats only.) Reserved seats cannot be booked or changed onboard, so be sure to obtain your reserved seat ticket at designated locations before boarding.
Please note that it may be difficult to reserve seats during long holidays in Japan (such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's). You can also use the "JR-EAST Train Reservation" system to book in advance.
Number of uses
During the 3-day validity period of the travel pass, you can use reserved seats on Shinkansen and limited express trains unlimited times.
Designated seat ticket pickup location
1. Reserved seats can be booked at designated seat ticket machines located within JR East Japan areas.
Some redemption locations may not accept the use of reserved seat ticket machines for the issued passes.
2. Reserved seat tickets can be issued at JR East Japan's "JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-Madoguchi)" or "JR EAST Travel Service Center."
※ Designated seat ticket delivery service is not available at ticket offices other than JR East, such as "JR Tokai," "Tokyo Metro," and "Odakyu Electric Railway," and "Keisei Electric Railway."
Regarding unused assigned seat tickets
If you need to change or cancel your trip, please return any unused reserved seat tickets to a nearby "JR Ticket Office" or "JR East Japan Travel Service Center (JR EAST Travel Service Center)" before the train's departure.

About Validity
1. Booking validity period: Physical tickets can be redeemed within 3 months from the issue date.
2. The "JR Tokyo Wide Area Pass" is valid for 3 consecutive days from the date of first use.
※When redeeming at designated locations in Japan, specify a start date within 1 month.
Purchase considerations
If the name registered at the time of purchase does not match the name on your passport, you will not be able to redeem it at designated locations in Japan. Please ensure that the spelling of your name is correct.
Redemption Instructions
1. When redeeming the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" at designated locations in Japan, you must present your original passport. Please note that photocopies of passports will not be accepted for redemption.
2. When exchanging the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" at designated locations within Japan, please specify a start date within 1 month. Please note that the start date cannot be changed after redemption.
3. If you wish to redeem two or more JR Tokyo Wide Passes, please note that the start date cannot overlap with the validity period (within 3 days) of an already redeemed pass. Please specify a non-overlapping date as the start date. For different types of rail passes (JR East Pass (Tohoku Area), JR East Pass (Nagano, Niigata Area)), redemption and use are permitted even if the periods overlap.
4. If eligibility requirements are not met, the pass cannot be redeemed even with a valid booking.
Important Notes for Domestic Japan Redemption Locations
1. When in use, please enter and exit the station via the automatic ticket gate.
2. Please note that if the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" is lost, it cannot be reissued even with proof of purchase such as a booking or receipt.
3. If you travel outside the valid area of the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" or use services not covered by the pass, additional fees will be charged.
Terms & Conditions
1. The pass is for personal use only. Please be sure to carry your passport with you during its period of use and cooperate if a station attendant asks to see it.
2. Once activated, the validity period of this pass cannot be extended, nor can refunds be requested due to train suspensions, delays, or other reasons. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any additional expenses such as transportation or accommodation costs incurred due to itinerary changes.
