Great chef and awesome introduction to Vietnamese cuisine. However, my experience was a bit hampered because of the family from Hong Kong with kid/s below 10 years of age (I thought the event was only for those at least 10 years old). The kids were running while we were cooking and I was afraid they might run over the hot pan and may spill the oil. The family also didn’t pay for the father’s participation but he ate a lot (even including the spring rolls which the kids ate a lot of). Otherwise, the recipes were great.

Looking for something fun and culturally engaging, I came across this coffee workshop, which was absolutely amazing. I was picked up at my hotel, and the staff were very welcoming. Luka (our instructor) shared a lot of stories about Vietnamese coffee and life, which was incredibly enjoyable and I learned a lot. The whole experience was relaxing and authentic. If you're looking for a cultural and fun activity, this is highly recommended!

This was a really cool experience to make your own perfume. We arrived a little late, but we’re the only ones in the class and got to try out all the scents. The actual class lasted around 1 hr but 2 hr was set aside. Would definitely recommend as it is a great memento of our trip in Vietnam and really cheap!

beautiful, lots of hands on attention, morning class was less full, but they added extra instructor for afternoon class, so even with 12 people you got plenty of 1:1 attention and guidance from instructors

I had a great time! It was very interesting and delicious! I learned a lot about coffee. And for balance, at the end of the workshop, there was a tasting of Vietnamese wines and a coffee cocktail


