My flight was supposed to arrive well before its scheduled time, but there was a significant delay, and by the time we landed, it was already 30 minutes before the bus departure time. I had to wait a considerable amount of time to retrieve my luggage, and during that time, I contacted the agency via chat. The agent contacted the bus company, and as a result, I arrived at the bus stop a few minutes late but was able to board the bus safely. Having such a support system in place is reassuring when going to a new or unfamiliar place. Thank you!

Overall, fantastic! Excellent service, great value for money, and a wonderful experience. I joined a Ctrip Iceland tour for several days, which covered almost all the classic Icelandic routes. It was well worth the price. The customer service representatives were very friendly. I contacted them in advance to inform them of all the important details. The trip went smoothly and successfully.
