The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.★

We picked up the bus directly from the hotel on July 15th. The whole day went incredibly smoothly. A seamless check of two daytime attractions, the swans and koi at Lake Yamanaka were so therapeutic, followed by a shopping spree at the outlet mall – wonderful! Yu Ge was awesome!★

While the experience was good the initial pickup was a disaster. The purchased itinerary did not provide us witht he bus number but only pick up point and nobody was there at 8.20 as advised and it was raining.★

At the entrance to the bus that took us to the Outlet, the driver demanded a QR code, which we didn't have on our ticket. He got angry and kicked us off the bus. We ended up standing in line again, and he reluctantly and irritably agreed to accept our reservation number. I was worried that the driver would get on my nerves again on the way back from the Outlet. But on the return trip, the one I'm reviewing, there was a different driver who immediately checked our reservation number with a smile and politely invited us on the bus. Thanks to him.★

The trip to Mt. Fuji with Guide Kang Gil-man was wonderful. The bus wasn't full, so it was comfortable. It was just a bit of a shame that it rained on Mt. Fuji due to bad weather. I plan to go again next time. We ate at a designated restaurant, and the food was decent for a tourist eatery. Thanks to Guide Kang Gil-man, who took good care of me even though I was traveling alone, it was an enjoyable trip.★

I used this service while traveling alone. I rode the bus with other day tour groups, and our group consisted of speakers who spoke both Korean and Chinese. The guide spoke both Chinese and Korean and provided excellent explanations. The weather was nice today, so I was able to see the full view of Mount Fuji, which was great. Next time, I would like to enjoy this day tour with my parents.
