Customer service was online throughout, responding extremely quickly, and handling any unexpected situations promptly and efficiently. The driver was very professional, polite, and friendly, with steady driving skills, making the entire journey safe and comfortable. The vehicle was in excellent condition, kept spotless inside and out. Point-to-point pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, without delaying my trip at all. I was extremely satisfied with this car service experience; it was excellent value for money, and I will definitely use it again for future trips!

We booked a day before going to Hong Kong from Shenzen. Once booked the confirmation came through fast. The next day the shuttle service contracted us through WeChat and all the information was sent to us to make sure we are ready. Location, vehicle information, and time for pickup. It was very smooth setup. The driver was there on time and even took pictures of the location for us to show up. He helped us move in the luggage and we were on the way. The drive to Hong Kong from Shenzhen was smooth and took us less than about 1 hour door to door. Excellent service and I would do it again.

We took a transfer from our Shenzhen hotel to Hong Kong. The return trip was by train. I can definitely say that choosing a transfer is the most optimal and convenient way to get to Hong Kong, taking into account border crossings. You literally get out of the car for 5-7 minutes and that's it. Taking into account two checkpoints, the travel time is about 1 hour 20 minutes. What I didn't like and what definitely caused difficulties was communicating with customer support. When I asked when I would find out the car's registration number, I received the answer "wait." By evening (we were leaving in the morning), I still hadn't received any concrete information. After contacting customer support again, they messaged me on WhatsApp. But the messages they sent there are still showing as "time required to send." To all subsequent questions, support responded with "You have been answered on WhatsApp." When I asked to send the number in a message on trip.com, it took... an hour!!!!! of communication with customer support, and only then did they send the car's registration number. Be prepared for this.
