Professional service, safe and comfortable ride, highly recommended! This was my first time using Trip.com's car service, and the experience was impeccable! Customer service was online throughout, responding extremely quickly, and handling any unexpected situations promptly and efficiently. The driver was very professional, polite, and friendly, with steady driving skills, making the entire journey safe and comfortable. The vehicle was in excellent condition, kept spotless inside and out. Point-to-point pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, without delaying my trip at all. I was extremely satisfied with this car service experience; it was excellent value for money, and I will definitely use it again for future trips!

The agent is attentive and fast to response! We have booked our trip one day before and they arranged drivers fast. The day was raining cats and dogs but drivers were very experienced, they tolerated the delay and drive us safely to the destination. We are a group of 6, with elderly and new born, felt comfortable to drive with them.
