We had a brilliant experience with the company. Messaged me before hand saying what time he would arrive. Arrived on time. Shamraiz took us sand bashing, it was a thrilling experience. My older sister and 17 yr old nephew loved this excursion as part of his birthday treat. Camel riding afterwards, and sand boarding afterwards, I attempted to stand up and sand board. It ended with four different live shows, buffet and unlimited drinks. Free henna and your option of having shisha. You get driven back to your hotel. Worth the money.

This was a very good experience for my family especially my kids who enjoyed it. The host uzman made it extra special. Made the kids feel safe and they enjoyed it more because of him. I would highly recommend this experience to others. Thank you Uzman for a very enjoyable experience.

We went on safari, and to say we were thrilled is an understatement. The guide, Usman, really made the atmosphere great. He was amazing, taking care of us every minute. He picked us up from the hotel on time in a brand new jeep, put us at ease, and explained everything clearly. The safari itself, the show, the dinner, and the desert were simply amazing. Book through Trip.com, don't be afraid. I booked through Trip for the first time and was a little nervous about how it worked, but everything was great! Greetings from Vova to Usman ☺️. You're the best!!!!

It was a wonderful day! The safari with Mohammed was fantastic! Mohammed is simply amazing! He drives like a god, knows how to keep the conversation going, and helped take some beautiful photos. We flew over the dunes in a jeep, took lots of photos, ate and drank deliciously, and the show exceeded expectations! Definitely 5/5! Take the safari—you won't regret it!

Overall experience was very nice, tour guide cum driver was excellent. Explained everything in detail. Only we didn’t like was lot of time was spent traveling in the car. There maybe many reasons for that, but overall we think lot of time could be better managed.

The driver, a young Arab man, picked us up at the hotel promptly at 2:30 PM in a 7-seater SUV. Our family of three was picked up along the way, along with two other foreigners. My 1.75-meter-tall son had to stretch his legs diagonally in the last row. Thankfully, the drive only took about 50 minutes. At the rest areas and campsites, many enthusiastic Arabs tried to sell paid services. If you don't want something, be sure to say "NO" immediately. Don't be shy and end up being tricked into buying something. We booked a group tour for a little over 500 RMB per person. Overall, the activity was quite interesting, adding a new dimension to the Dubai desert adventure. The activity ended around 8:30 PM, and the vehicle returned to the hotel. We arrived around 9 PM, showered, and went to bed. The Ctrip customer service provided continuous WeChat support throughout the trip – a big thumbs up! 👍
