Cross-border transfer services between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau (including routes between Hong Kong~Macau, Guangdong~Hong Kong, and Guangdong~Macau)

The product price is for one car, with door-to-door pick-up and drop-off service.

Non-shared transfer, charged per vehicle (maximum 6 passengers). For areas not listed in the options, please inquire before placing your order or proceed with booking and we will contact you. Theoretically, services are available throughout the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Standard vehicle rental duration: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. A surcharge of 100-200 will apply for rentals between 10:00 PM - 6:59 AM (if you book outside these hours, the driver will collect this fee directly from you).

Vehicle type: Alphard/Vellfire (Maximum 6 passengers per vehicle, luggage limited to 6 carry-on suitcases when fully occupied)

How to book: Enter the booking page, select the corresponding option for your itinerary (e.g., from Nanshan to Hong Kong Airport, choose the option for Nanshan/Futian/Luohu to Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui/Hong Kong Airport, and select your preferred travel date). If there are no matching options or you're unsure, please contact customer support and provide your itinerary details. Our team will guide you on how to complete your booking.

After placing the order, a dedicated staff member will contact you to confirm the itinerary.

Note:

1. This is a point-to-point service. Any changes to the itinerary or additional pick-up/drop-off locations will require negotiation for extra fees. The agreed waiting time is 30 minutes, with an overtime fee of $300/hour charged for exceeding this limit (rounded up to the nearest hour). Please be mindful of your boarding time.

Please check the expiration date of your travel documents and visas in advance to avoid delays due to document issues. Additionally, if customs inspection is required due to prohibited items in your luggage, a waiting fee of CNY 300 per hour will be charged.

3. If you are moving, attending an exhibition, or carrying a large amount of luggage/materials, please inform us in advance. A luggage handling fee of $300–500 will apply. If not notified beforehand, the driver has the right to cancel the booking and deduct relevant fees!
