This is not the first time we have traveled with you. The trip was great, the guide was charming and helped with everything we needed. We personally had a problem with the translation. The guide translated into Spanish and English. We felt that the Spanish translation had more meaning and knowledge, and the English translation was really limited and ineffective. Overall, it was very good.

The tour is breathtaking; the scenery from the bus and even more so from the train doesn't do it justice. It's a spectacular and unique experience that you have to try. Our guide, Carolina, was the best—friendly and attentive.

The bus was very crowded and hot. We didn't have a guide for the ascent of Diavolezza, but we received a voucher for the ascent, lunch, and train so we could manage on our own. In Tirano, the guide was very kind in meeting us at the station to join the group that went to St. Moritz. When we got on the bus, the passengers gave us dirty looks because I believe they had to wait for the departure to Milan because of us, which made us very embarrassed. The food was good, but I think we could have had at least three options and not eat what was imposed, which wasn't clear when I bought the tour package. We even had to pay for the water. The dessert was terrible, very hard, we even took some in our backpacks to try it calmly, but it was really bad. But the nature up there compensated for the dissatisfaction, and the wine we paid for out of our own pockets was great. The restaurant doesn't accept cards and said we were obliged to pay in cash, which we weren't informed of; luckily, we had CHF in cash.

Simply an incredible and unparalleled trip with beautiful scenery. Alicia, our guide, was knowledgeable and fun. Mario, our bus driver, deserves a 100/100 rating. The curves were tricky and breathtaking, but he knows the road very well and brought us back to the starting point safely. Highly recommended trip; you have to experience it because words can't describe the natural beauty.
