While on vacation, we visited all three countries using their eSIM specifications, and it worked flawlessly everywhere. Be sure to read the setup instructions they send you. You need to select a data plan under Mobile Data and turn on the Data Roaming slider. There were no issues with tethering either. Everything was great.
