We had a fantastic 4x4 tour with True Spirit; our guide 'Carl' was especially amazing. He was friendly and provided plenty of explanations. He regularly asked if everything was okay. Everything was organized perfectly. If I had known, I would have booked him for every excursion. A real winner!

The exceeded all expectations, such incredible value! We saw so much, things you could only see on this tour, nature, towns, history, culture and it was so much fun and such good energy! Paolo was incredible tour guide (obrigada!) We really saw so much in one day and he explained everything, it was like a history class mixed with expedition adventure! Do it!!

Samuel was a great guide for our Ponta de São Lourenço walk! The hike is moderate - not extremely difficult, but definitely not an easy walk, with plenty of stairs, elevation changes, and uneven surfaces. Samuel kept a good pace, stopped regularly to make sure everyone was together, and shared interesting information about the volcanic landscape and local flora. He was very informative and happy to answer our questions. About two hours into the hike, there’s a small café where you can get food and drinks, plus toilets, before heading back. Overall, a great tour and a beautiful hike!

This was an excellent trip. Our guide was friendly, caring and looked out for everyone with his safety advice throughout the trip. He was very informative and his knowledge really made our trip a brilliant one. He was a careful driver too which was so nice, especially on the steep and winding roads. We never felt unsafe. I think everyone should take a fleece or a jacket for the elevated parts of the journey as a few people struggled with the wind and cooler climate. I would definitely recommend this trip, this company and our guide Hugo. Thank you
