The whole day was well managed, both in terms of timing and travel. One thing that could be improved is the aperitif. The carton of wine and a low-quality biscuit don't really represent an aperitif... the staff is kind and friendly.

We quickly found the place to collect our tickets (at the port). However, we didn't receive an audio guide as advertised. I find this very disappointing, as we paid for a service we didn't get. The scenery is magnificent.

It is complicated that you have to buy your entry ticket separately. The online website doesn't work and the link to pay via banking app didn't work either, so I bought it on the spot that morning on a whim. The boat trip started off incredibly chaotic; nobody knew which boat to stand for, there were several lines, and a sudden change was made, so nobody knew where to go. From then on, everything went perfectly and smoothly. Both the boat trip and the beautiful walk with a very good guide in the cave. This is a unique organization and it went very well.
