A very attentive and cheerful guide! And the driver drove well. We had a delicious meal, and he asked what we wanted. He speaks good English and is very kind! We really enjoyed everything! He took us on a different route where there were fewer people so we could take photos!

We set off under the stars at dawn. After sunrise, the misty forest gradually dissipated, revealing Lonely Planet. Semeru slowly emerged as a mushroom cloud in the distance. Our guide, Kiki, was exceptionally responsible and excellent, proactively offering his services. He helped carry all our bags when he saw us taking photos, even bringing his own geography textbook! His photography skills were top-notch, and he knew all the popular photo spots like the back of his hand. The driver was great; he drove the jeep all the way to the railing, so we barely walked to and from the observation deck. The wait at the coffee shop wasn't long, and being indoors for a while kept us warm. We managed our time well, arriving back at the airport at 2 PM just in time to check in for our 3:30 PM flight. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

They even helped with photography and suggested the best spots. They didn’t push for tips or other fees and they even rent jackets on-site. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

A truly memorable Mount Bromo itinerary experience. One important tip—make sure to get enough rest beforehand, as advised by the admin, because the trip can be quite physically demanding, especially with the early hours and constant movement. It was definitely tiring throughout, even more so as I was on my period during the trip, but I’m really glad I pushed through and completed it. The journey may test your energy, but the reward at the end is absolutely worth it—the sunrise view over Bromo is breathtaking and something I’ll never forget.
