The tour allows you to see all the places that are difficult to reach on your own. The bus was comfortable, and the group size was good—17 people packed up quickly and moved from place to place without any hassle. The mud volcanoes aren't particularly impressive, but you can reach them off-road in a Niva, which is in danger of falling apart. The most interesting spots are Gobustan (an open-air museum) and the Fire Temple in Absheron. Be prepared to pay extra for the tickets and the Niva ride (we paid 65 manat per person for all the extras) plus lunch. Bring water and a small snack, as lunch isn't until 2:00 PM. The tour was offered in three languages: English, Spanish, and Turkish. They said there were Russian-speaking groups, but we didn't find that option. Overall, it was a great experience for a very reasonable price.★

The tour started at the perfect time. It was a fun trip with this group, with a tour guide full of stories. The only downside was that the candy cane tour only lasted 15 minutes, even though I wanted to take lots of photos. The tour guide was very respectful and allowed me to sit in the front to capture the unforgettable journey, and he also gave me time to pray.★

Good day out to escape Baku on a rainy day, the trip was good fun allowing a glimpse of the countryside and the mountain. Top marks for the drive in an 1988 Russian truck along what looked like a perilous mountain road in the last stretch, I did not account for the heavy snow at the top though, bring your best winter shoes if booking like me in early April!★

Had almost no problems with the sim card , ok signal , good coverage, a little slow in the mountains but it's to be expected, good price for esim ( although sim still cheaper) would recommend! Best option is to have both★
