Reviews: Northern lights tour in Iceland · English-speaking group · round-trip from Reykjavik + complimentary specialty hot chocolate

I chose the evening aurora tour. The pick-up and drop-off process was clear, and the bus stop was pre-arranged. Hot cocoa and refreshments were provided on the bus to warm me up while waiting at night. The guide was professional, explaining aurora-related knowledge and local stories. If you didn't see the aurora, you could come back for free – a very friendly policy. Highly recommended.

On the spot, payment with a Belarusian MasterCard from BNB isn't going through, apparently due to sanctions. It's good that you can buy it through Trip. The price is about the same. In Russian rubles, the extra charge is no more than 200 rubles per ticket. The only thing is, you can buy a roundtrip ticket on the spot with a 5% discount. The Trip app only offers one-way tickets.
