As it is currently the off-peak season with relatively fewer bookings, our join-in tours require a minimum of 2 people to form a group. To avoid inconvenience from unsuccessful group formation after booking, some products have a minimum purchase requirement of 2 people. Temporary registration notice
For some products, you may not be able to directly book next-day itineraries after 18:00 the day before departure. If you wish to join after 18:00 the day before departure or on the same day, please contact customer support for assistance.
Meeting reminder
Before 9 pm the day before departure, the Sanmaoyou itinerary assistant will contact you to inform you of the specific meeting time and location. Please keep your phone accessible and arrive at the meeting location on time. The guide will lead the group into the attraction punctually to begin the tour. Late arrival may affect your experience.
[Child policy]
For safety reasons, minors aged 18 and below are not allowed to join the group alone. Minors must be accompanied by a parent when registering. If a minor registers alone, we reserve the right to refuse their participation in the activity and issue a refund. Children under 6 years old are exempt from guide fees. Each adult can bring 1 child under 6 years old for free without occupying a seat (headphones not included).
Booking instructions
This product includes comprehensive fees for guide services and other related services. The guide service applies to all visitors aged 6 or above at the same price for all visitors. Please purchase the corresponding quantity based on the actual number of travelers (honest registration required). If the actual number of travelers exceeds the registered quantity, Sanmao Travel reserves the right to refuse their participation in the group activity.
[Group confirmation notice] Join-in tour products require a minimum of 3 participants to form a group. If the group cannot be formed, staff will notify you before 18:00 the day before departure for a full refund or rescheduling.
Group size regulations Join-in tours have a maximum of 15 people during peak season and 12 people during off-peak season (excluding free-entry children). Private tour packages are customized based on request. For private tours exceeding 6 people, an additional guide fee of 100 CNY per person will be charged for each extra participant.
Late policy
For delays caused by traveler tardiness: if late within 15 minutes, the guide will extend the guided tour duration to fulfill the agreed total time; if late over 15 minutes, the guide will extend by maximum 15 minutes with remaining duration forfeited.
