My friend and I are traveling together. Last time I visited Da Nang, we waited over an hour for immigration. This time, we applied for fast-track entry, and it only took a minute to get out of the airport. After disembarking, a representative was waiting with a piece of paper with our names on it. They added us on KakaoTalk and told us in advance to wait for us at a specific time. If you have luggage, request priority baggage when checking in at the Korean airport. For 5,000 won per person, your luggage will be delivered the fastest.

This was very helpful as we travelled as family of 6.. alot of planes landed at the same time and we were given the ease to just arrive and be taken to a fast lane to immigration and straight out to get our baggage.

The transportation from Hanoi to my hotel in Cat Ba was well organized. Everything was taken care of. The transfer from bus to boat to bus went very smoothly, and we didn’t have to wait at all. The drivers were professional, and the guide was kind and thoughtful. Overall, it was a great experience.

The entire trip was great and very comfortable—we were able to sleep throughout the journey. The staff were also very flexible and easily accommodated a change in schedule. Our original departure was at 6:30 PM, but we decided to return to Hanoi earlier at 12:30 PM to get enough rest before our flight, and they assisted us promptly without any hassle. Everything was clean and well-maintained. They provided drinking water, as well as pillows and blankets, which made the trip more restful. Shoes are not allowed inside the bus, which was fine with us and showed how well they take care of the vehicle. The rest stops were well-timed, giving us a chance to buy snacks along the way. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and well-organized travel experience.
