Although it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions in Hanoi, the view over the West Lake is very good. The facilities are generally clean. The water pressure when showering is a bit low.

It's big. Although there are some inner birds of ㅐ and ㅣ, it's good for a while at a low price. Grandpa is very kind. I got a good massage.

We checked out early morning but expected to come again in two days time. Forgotten the medicine we kept in the refrigerator. We informed it to the hotel staff through our Tour Guide expecting we will get them when arrived there in two days time. Unfortunately the hotel staff refused saying there was nothing left. We were really disappointed.

We are a group of 7 aged 13-60+. We booked three rooms and were all on same floor. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was tasty with variety each day. Air conditioning in each room was good. Staff organised our pick up from the airport and tour to perfume pagoda and transfer to Tam Coc. Location is OK but 30 minutes from old quarter and limited choice of restaurants nearby. Limited English by local as it is out of the main tourist areas.

And in the rest of the world, more than 90 percent of the time is the same as the picture. However, I don't think Vietnam's weather conditions are optimal, so I can't enjoy 100%. And if you're going to walk up to the rest of the room on the fifth floor, if you're drunk or tired, you're going to be a little bit worried. In the case of the room, I don't know what the other room is, but in the case of the room I stayed directly, it is very different from the picture, it is somewhat unfinished or old, it is in good condition, such as some time to burn or paint peeled off I couldn't (but the hygiene was not particularly bad, such as mold, etc.) For service, the staff was friendly, but checked in at around 6 o'clock, which was rather late at check-in, but the staff was not at the reception place at this time and contacted but not easily connected (I think the host probably had a personal situation on the day when I saw a neighbor coming to me and picking up the phone and helping the reception instead) In aggregate, the common room view can feel as much as you expect, but most of the other things will not be expected. But it's not unreasonable because the money is not expensive.
