Amsterdam: Airport Express Bus Transfer to/from City Center

The Amsterdam Airport Express (busline 397) provides a quick and easy transfer from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to the city center of Amsterdam. It departs approximately every 10 minutes from bus platform B17. This bus takes you directly to Amstelveenseweg, Olympisch Stadion, Haarlemmermeerstation, Emmastraat, Concertgebouw, Museumplein (Rijksmuseum), Leidseplein or Busstation Elandsgracht. From there, you can get to many hotels in Amsterdam very easily. If you travel at night the same bus N97 goes once per hour between 01:00 and 05:00 hrs both directions.

Sit back and relax during the 25-minute trip while you charge your smartphone, use the free WiFi and check your bus stop on one of the screens. The bus has a low entry so you can bring your luggage inside the bus and keep it with you.

For children 4-11 years you can buy a Kids Day ticket for only 1 euro from the bus driver. Under the age of 4, children travel for free.
