A very insightful and realistic look into the Shinjuku tourists know nothing about. Equally enlightening and at times brutally honest about certain issues that plague the area, it's a very well done tour that paints a very different picture by the time it's over.

Although I arrived a little late, my guide Cristina waited patiently for me. She did everything she could to make sure I enjoyed the tour, asking me if there was anything I would like to see. She guided me through many colorful and interesting places, while telling me the history of those places.

As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous! This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!

Highly recommended. Unbeatable value for money. The tour guide contacted us the day before, providing clear and helpful meeting information pictures. They even helped take photos, and their photography skills were superb. No shopping stops throughout the trip, very flexible, perfect for those who want to see all the landmarks in one go. Because if you really want to see Mt. Fuji, you need to book the bus and hotel in advance, but it can be frustrating if the weather is bad. This tour allows you to book a day in advance based on the weather forecast, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience. Great scenery, excellent management, and a great itinerary – five stars!
