The itinerary was great, the tour guide was very professional, providing comprehensive explanations at each point, and the time allotted for each attraction was well-planned and efficient. Hotel pick-up and drop-off were punctual.
Reviews: 1-day tour to Mount Fuji and Hakone with visits to Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko, and Owakudani, including a complimentary ride on the Hakone Ropeway

Extremely satisfied! Customer service added me on WeChat immediately after I placed the order, and the tour guide contacted me on WeChat the afternoon before departure. Customer service also sent me a WeChat message with the meeting point information. This trip mainly focused on seeing mountains and rivers, which could have been a bit boring, but our tour guide, J01 Xiaoyu Will, was very professional, his explanations were interesting, and he was very friendly, making the trip very enjoyable. It was a wonderful day trip.
Reviews: Limited deal | Tokyo departure | Fuji classic 1-day tour to Lake Kawaguchi and Oshino Hakkai

Everything was great! I recommend it to anyone who wants to see Fuji. They take you to three locations and give you plenty of time to explore. It's much more convenient and comfortable than driving on your own. Thank you!
Reviews: Tokyo water bus sightseeing experience (Sensō-ji + Odaiba Seaside Park + riverside views + immersive tour)

When we bought our tickets, it said to show the QR code to the staff, but there wasn't one, so I was a little worried something was wrong. But when we arrived, the ticket inspector twiddled something on the screen and everything worked, and we were allowed through. Then, in the waiting area, there was a gathering of a motley group of tourists, not as well-mannered as the Japanese, a terrible noise, the smell of food, and children running around. When boarding, there were no assigned seats, so I sat wherever I could. We couldn't squeeze into the line, but we had to sit awkwardly, with limited visibility from the window and the air conditioning was cold. Then we were allowed to go up to the upper deck, where it was more beautiful and pleasant. We weren't thrilled, but it was worth seeing once: lots of water, large cruise restaurants, bridges, and cormorants. Overall, not bad.
Reviews: Mt. Fuji Kawaguchiko & Yamanakako Day Tour from Tokyo | 9-Pax Small Group | Optional Swan Boat or Cycling | English-Speaking Driver

Besides the initial itinerary planning, the driver/guide is crucial to the overall experience. We joined a small group of 9 people, and our driver, Ah Feng, drove steadily and provided thorough explanations of each attraction before we got off the bus – efficient and meticulous, a true Japan expert! 👍 The weather on February 15th was also fantastic. I highly recommend cycling around Lake Yamanaka for those with good stamina; however, the group tour was a bit rushed, leaving us wanting more.
