How to use
After successful booking, your ticket information will be sent to you via SMS and email. Present the QR code for verification when boarding.
The vehicle type will be arranged by the on-site staff. Hong Kong International Airport meeting point: Counters 13-14 at the Coach Waiting Hall (L3) of Terminal 2, Hong Kong International Airport.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
- Each passenger can bring one free large baggage item (not exceeding 64 × 41 × 23 cm / 25 × 16 × 9 in and 10 kg / 22 lb) and one carry-on item (not exceeding 37.5 × 25 × 15 cm / 15 × 10 × 6 in). Large baggage must be stored in the bus luggage compartment.
- For overweight or oversized baggage (limited to a total of length + width + height not exceeding 128 cm or 50 inches) and dangerous goods (including flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, offensive items, live animals, and other prohibited items by customs), our company reserves the right to refuse transportation.
- For excess baggage approved by our company, we reserve the right to require passengers to purchase additional baggage tickets. The fee is CNY 50 per piece for transit buses and CNY 100 per piece for business sedans.
- For irregular baggage, please obtain approval from our ticketing staff before purchasing your ticket.
- Bicycles and strollers must be folded. If their size exceeds the free baggage allowance, an additional baggage ticket must be purchased.
- The company reserves the right to accept or refuse transportation based on the actual available space in the compartment at the time.
- If any accident occurs due to passengers carrying prohibited items, the carrier shall bear all consequences and compensate for any financial losses incurred by our company.
