1. This product is provided by our overseas partner, and we handle the booking on your behalf. 2. Once registration is successful, no refunds or changes are supported up to 48 hours before departure. Requests made within the permitted refund/change period will incur applicable cancellation/change fees according to the rules.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/boarding point at least 15 minutes in advance. It is better to be early than late. If the tour guide/driver has not arrived, please wait patiently. If you are late, we will not be able to hold your seat or make a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

8. UAZ buses are not equipped with child safety seats. Please bring your own if needed.

11. Optional 2km horseback riding experience for 8000 tenge per person (approximately US$15).
12. Optional 30-minute boat tour (5 people) or catamaran tour (4 people), costing 10,000 tenge per person (approximately US$20).
13. Local ECO taxis cost 500 tenge per person (approximately US$1) one way.
14. Each vehicle is equipped with both USB and Type-C chargers.
15. A neck cooler is provided for visitors in summer. Warm gloves are provided in winter. Warm socks can also be purchased for an additional fee.
16. Tour guide allocation will be dynamically adjusted according to the actual number of participants on the day. During peak tourist seasons, there may be arrangements where one tour guide accompanies multiple vehicles. Please be aware of this.
17. Fee Description
Includes: Round-trip transportation (minibus or bus optional), English-speaking guide, Charyn Canyon entrance fee, Lake Caindi entrance fee, Lake Kolse entrance fee, minibus transfer to Lake Caindi parking lot (minibus tour only).
Excluded: minibus ride to the Keindi Lake parking lot (bus tours will be charged $8 per person), food, horseback riding, boat ride, and items not mentioned.
Itinerary Introduction:
Explore Almaty's natural treasures on a day trip. Admire the tranquil Lake Kaindi and Lake Korse, and explore Charyn Canyon, known as the world's second largest canyon, standing at the bottom and looking up at the red rocks on both sides.
Meet your guide at the Almaty meeting point in the early morning and board a comfortable bus to your first stop, Lake Korsay. Stroll along the enchanting lakeside, soaking in the local culture and atmosphere. You can also choose to take a boat tour around the lake (optional, at your own expense). After the tour, you are free to enjoy traditional local cuisine (optional, at your own expense). Afterwards, travel to Lake Kaindi. Admire the spruce forests and crystal-clear waters of Lake Kaindi. Alternatively, you can ride horses from a nearby village to the lake (optional, at your own expense). Next, head to your final stop, Charyn Canyon. Learn about the geological features of Charyn Canyon and Black Canyon, admiring the majestic cliffs, canyons, and vibrant red rock formations. Visit Black Canyon, filled with black rocks and large caves. In summer, there is an opportunity to visit Lunar Canyon, a magical place whose surface resembles the moon. The tour concludes with a return to the Almaty departure point, ending your enriching day trip!
