Highlights
Inside the old factory building on Dengzhou Road, 1903 cultural relics dance with holographic imaging technology, offering an immersive experience of the groundbreaking collision between traditional German brewing wisdom and modern Industry 4.0.
Craft beer brewed using techniques passed down by the first master brewer, paired with authentic German cuisine featuring freshly poured malt extract - unlocking the century-old flavor secrets of Qingdao Beer
The pork knuckle, slow-roasted over fruitwood charcoal for 6 hours, boasts a caramel-like crispy skin, while the malt-glazed ribs deliver deep caramelized flavors—a carnivorous feast that awakens primal taste sensations.
