1. Can visitors with disabilities enjoy dinner in the air?
Sky Leap Macau does not restrict participation by visitors with disabilities in any way, but the individual must provide sufficient written information about their medical condition to the organizer before purchasing a seat. The organizer will then assess the situation, and trained safety personnel will determine whether the individual can participate. The health and safety of our customers are our top priority.
2. What is the maximum capacity of the observation deck at Sky Leap Hui?
The Sky Leap Gathering Platform can accommodate 22 diners at a time.
3. How long does each experience last?
The total duration is approximately 2 hours, including 15 minutes for check-in, 15 minutes for safety inspection, 15 minutes for seatbelt fastening, 60 minutes for dining, and 15 minutes for seatbelt release. We recommend arriving at the outdoor check-in area of Lan Bar at City of Dreams Morpheus Hotel 45 minutes before the dining time begins, where welcome gifts and beverages will be prepared for you. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes prior to the dining time will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of participation, with no refund provided.
4. What if it rains before the experience starts?
We may postpone or cancel this experience depending on weather conditions. If postponed, you may wait in the reception area for no more than 90 minutes. If the weather remains unfavorable after 90 minutes, we will cancel the experience and provide either a full refund or issue you a voucher of equal value, which can be used within its 180-day validity period.
5. What if I need to use the restroom?
We recommend using the restroom before taking your seat. In case of an emergency requiring restroom use after the dining table has been elevated, please notify the staff on-site. They will arrange for you to return to the ground, but you will not be able to re-enter the dining platform afterward.
6. Is it safe?
The dining platform of Sky Leap is designed according to the German DIN 4112 standard and manufactured in Belgium. All drawings, calculations, and simulations are tested by TÜV Rheinland, a global provider of technical, safety, and certification services. Since its launch in May 2006, it has been deployed over ten thousand times in more than 65 countries, including some with extremely high safety standards.
7. The platform can rise to
The platform can reach a height of 50 meters. In practice, the actual height of the platform is determined by the organizer based on wind conditions.
8. What is the minimum number of guests required for each session of Sky Leap?

9. What if I don't show up? Can I get a refund?
Please note that due to the unique environment of the aerial event, all meals require advance preparation. A full refund is only available if the organizer cancels the activity due to severe weather or other reasons, or if the customer has purchased refund protection in advance.
10. What is the Refund Guarantee?
The refund guarantee is a no-reason refund service that customers can purchase, but this refund service must be notified to us via email or phone at least 48 hours before the experience time. If notified at least 24 hours before the experience time, only a rescheduled date and time slot can be arranged with no refund provided. If notified less than 24 hours in advance, neither rescheduling nor refund will be available.
11. Are reserved seats transferable?
Reserved seats are non-transferable.
12. What should I do if my booking gets canceled?
The organizer reserves the right to delay the dining time due to weather conditions (determined by the organizer, but the delay will not exceed 1.5 hours, and no refund will be issued during this period). If weather conditions do not improve, the dining experience will be canceled, and a full refund will be provided.
13. Why do I need to arrive at the hotel 45 minutes before the start time?
When guests arrive at our reception (Lan Bar outdoor area), we will serve them a welcome drink, assist with check-in, explain safety rules and the disclaimer, and recommend that they arrive as early as possible.
14. Can children participate in the experience?
For safety reasons, participants of the Skyjump must be at least 140 cm tall and must be 18 years of age or older.
15. Is smoking permitted?
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and cigars, is strictly prohibited throughout the entire Air Leap facility.
16. Is there a dress code?
The cabin temperature may be slightly cooler with stronger air circulation, so please take this into consideration. Also, we recommend avoiding wearing skirts or sandals.
17. Can I change my food menu?
Your meal will be provided according to the booked package. All food allergies and vegetarian meal requests must be noted in the booking message or communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance. However, if you book the exclusive venue service (for 22 people), you may contact us in advance to customize and enrich the menu for an additional fee.
18. Can I bring my own food and/or drinks?
We strictly prohibit outside food and beverages.
19. What can I bring?
We recommend bringing a camera or mobile phone. Other personal items can be temporarily stored at the ground reception desk.
20. What should I do if I'm late?
We apologize, but the booking time cannot be changed. Sky Leap offers different time slots throughout the day, and customers must strictly adhere to the scheduled booking time. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Failure to arrive on time will be considered as forfeiting your admission.
Precautions for ZipCity Macau Zipline
Check-in: Please complete the check-in process 30 minutes before the experience time indicated on your admission ticket. Any latecomers will be reassigned to a later experience time based on availability. Weight limit: 20-105 kg.
Height restriction: 6 feet 6 inches (200 cm)
Adult accompaniment: Every 4 children (under 12 years old) must be accompanied by 1 adult. Guardians over 18 years old must sign a "Release and Consent Form" on behalf of participants under 18.
