It snowed with grade 4 wind. Visibility is poor even at Erdaobaihe. Hence all activities at Changbaishan are closed. Out of 10 activities only the Rime rafting and 1172 event can be fulfilled. The travel agent couldn't find enough experienced driver for us. We had the replacement driver who knows almost nothing of the attractions. I am glad I asked for suggestions of other activities, the driver is helpful and pleasing, he contacted the travel agent and recommended a few other activities for us, such as the ATV ride in the snow forrest, flying ride to view the Changbaishan and others as well. Of all, we really enjoyed the Rime rafting, our favourite, and ATV ride. Thank you for the doing your best. We received the agreed refund as detailed in the itinerary through Trip.com. I feel that Changbaishan is better view in Spring or Summer. Winter stands lesser chance due to the weather. With >Grade 3 wind speed, the Heaven Lake is closed. Other activities nearby are worth the trip.★

The guy was very responsible and managed to get us tickets! He even got us tickets to Tianchi Lake! Unfortunately, Tianchi Lake wasn't open that day, so he refunded us the ticket money. Overall, it was really great! The driver was also fantastic! He picked us up from the hotel in the morning and took us back, and he took us wherever we wanted to go. Superb service!★

The tour was great value, covering all the sights and with good time management. However, you need to be prepared with your food choices, as you might not be able to sit down and eat in a large group due to time constraints. I recommend bringing your own snacks to eat while walking or bringing your own. The guide, Karen Lu, was excellent and very attentive. She spoke English throughout the trip. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a one-day trip.★

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.
