This itinerary is for a private business tour with customizable timing, as long as it doesn't exceed the attraction's business hours. You may contact customer support in advance to customize your schedule.

This itinerary includes driver service only. The driver will contact you before 9:00pm the day before. If you haven't been contacted by 9:00pm, please reach out to customer support immediately.

If you have special ID, please inform customer support in advance as you need to purchase tickets beforehand to buy special ID (according to Changbai Mountain discount policy: half-price ticket discount is 52.5 CNY, free ticket discount is 105 CNY).

Full-time undergraduate and below students (excluding adult education and postgraduate students), minors aged 7–18, and seniors aged 60–64 (inclusive).

Free admission ticket deals

Active military personnel, police officers (with ID), visitors with disabilities, public security officers, guides, journalists, members of the China Photographers Association, seniors aged 65 and above, and fire and rescue personnel (active, retired, or with disabilities) must present valid IDs.

Fire rescue academy students with valid ID, veterans (with veteran concession ID or surviving family concession ID).

Price includes combo ticket for the north slope attraction (105+35+85 CNY per person) and shuttle bus to Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain (80 CNY per person). Free rafting experience included (no refund if unused).

Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain may close due to weather or environmental factors as the attraction makes safety-based decisions. If closed, don't be disappointed - other attractions here are equally stunning.

The actual opening status of specific attractions is subject to the attraction's daily operations. If one or multiple attractions are closed, refunds will be processed according to the attraction's policies. If only the Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain summit is closed, [only the CNY 80 shuttle bus fee for Heaven Lake will be refunded!]. As Changbai Mountain is highly susceptible to weather conditions, please prepare accordingly before your trip.

Lunch is not included. Recommended: hot spring boiled eggs, hot spring boiled corn, and specialty buffet.

Service standard not included:

• 1. For additional items agreed upon by both parties or requested by travelers, please make an inquiry with our staff for specific details.
• 2. Personal and property losses caused by the traveler's breach of contract, own faults, actions during free time, or personal illnesses.
• 3. Additional expenses caused by force majeure such as transportation delays, strikes, strong winds, heavy fog, flight cancellations or schedule changes.

Fee explanation for situations caused by attraction closure

• 1. If the attraction notifies closure before 2:40 PM the previous day, all fees including transportation and admission tickets will be fully refunded.
• 2. If the attraction notifies closure after 2:40 pm one day in advance and our agency's fees have already been incurred, only the unused admission ticket fees (105+35+85+80 CNY/person) will be refunded.
• 3. If the attraction notifies the closure of the main peak of Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain, our group will proceed as scheduled, with only the 80 CNY transfer bus fee to Heaven Lake being refunded.
