It's incredibly fun! You can feed the elephants, walk with them, and even bathe them…it's much better than those elephant riding experiences!
There's a part where you go into the water to wash the elephants, so bring a change of dry clothes. If you're wearing makeup, turn up the setting spray to the highest setting, because you'll be walking around outdoors, sweating profusely, and then going into the water. They have toiletries in the shower rooms. Bring cash; there's a 100 RMB deposit for lockers. The environment is beautiful, clean, and new, and the elephants are very clean with no smell. There are dedicated Chinese-speaking guides, and they'll even take photos for each guest.

Reservation policy: By 9 PM the night before
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation available if canceled 24 hours in advance, full charge applies within 24 hours.
Shared transfer and coverage areas: Siam District, Silom Road, Sukhumvit Road, Pratunam, Khao San Road, Wireless Road, Sathorn Road, Bang Na District, Huai Khwang, Don Mueang, Lad Phrao. *For packages without transfer service, guests need to arrive at the attraction by 9:00 for the morning session and by 13:00 for the afternoon session on their own.
Starting from September 1st, the attraction will only provide tops, not pants. If you wish to enter the water and help bathe the elephants, please bring your own change of pants.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 15:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
