- After booking, you'll need to wait for confirmation info.
- Travelers need moderate physical fitness and hiking ability. For example, you must be able to walk at least 1 km independently and comfortably climb or descend stairs to participate in this activity.
- Children must be at least 9 years old to participate. They must be able to walk completely independently on uneven terrain and follow instructions. For safety reasons due to glacier/snow conditions and weather, we reserve the right to modify requirements for children.
- The helicopter flight has a minimum passenger requirement (no fewer than 3 adults). If the number of passengers for a flight fails to meet this minimum, the helicopter company reserves the right to cancel (with only a refund of the current fee) or adjust the flight plan on the activity day. Whenever possible, arrangements will be made to fly as scheduled.
- Our professional guides can only provide verbal and safety instructions in English. If you have hearing impairments, please inform the staff and guide.
- Glaciers are not without potential hazards. Always follow professional guides during glacier hikes. If staff determine that unruly travelers may pose safety risks, they reserve the right to terminate their participation in the activity.
- For safety reasons, drones, iPads, and selfie sticks are not allowed on board the aircraft.
