The journey to Pak Bara in the van was comfortable and easy, operator communicated clear info for pick up. The boat ride to Koh Lipe was safe, though the seat pitch on the speedboat ferry was a bit tight. Overall, the entire experience was excellent! On arrival at Pab Bara, we check in with Bundhaya Speed Boat, it's best to book with them cuz they have their own designated pier that's nearest to the immigration point in the island.

Booking went smoothly, and we received a QR code via email. On the appointed day, we arrived at the pier and obtained boarding passes at the ticket office using our QR code. Boarding began 10 minutes early, and the ferry departed right on time. The cruise to Koh Phangan took exactly 30 minutes, and disembarking was also quick. We were pleased that two company employees approached us on the ferry and quickly arranged a transfer from the ferry to our hotel on Hard Rin Beach for 400 baht for two. A taxi was already waiting for us upon disembarking, and we arrived at our pre-booked hotel in 25 minutes. Overall, the trip was very comfortable.
