The driver will be waiting at the hotel or accommodation at 9:00 AM for the ride to Cancun pier.
This time is for reference only, and the specific tour departure time will be confirmed based on the hotel location of the guests on the day of the tour.
Arrive at Cancun Pier at 9:45 AM, complete boarding procedures, and take a boat to the coral reef snorkeling site.
10:30 a.m. - Arrive at the coral reef snorkeling site and experience snorkeling, including full snorkeling equipment and professional guidance, allowing you to enjoy the Caribbean Sea with peace of mind (may be subject to cancellation with no refund)
Depart the snorkeling site at 11:30 AM and head to Isla Mujeres.
Arrive at Isla Mujeres at 11:50 AM for free time. This small island in the Caribbean boasts stunning scenery, living up to its name, and is a must-visit stop when traveling to Cancun.
1:50 PM buffet lunch on board (approx. 1 hr)
4:00 PM: Depart Isla Mujeres by boat, return to Cancun pier, and transfer guests back to their hotels or accommodations, concluding a wonderful day.

1. Golf cart rental services are available on the island, allowing you to freely explore the island by driving a golf cart.
2. Swim with Dolphins: After purchasing tickets, you'll be guided by professional dolphin trainers to interact with these adorable creatures. You can high-five the dolphins, splash water with them, and watch them perform tricks like spinning when happy - you might even get to ride on one! There's also an opportunity to take photos with the cute dolphins, with the option to purchase your pictures at the end.
This product includes guide commentary and round-trip transportation fees. Water activities are complimentary. If water activities are canceled due to weather conditions, no refund will be issued.

Exclusions
1) Cancun pier fees are subject to local notice (mandatory fee: approx. $30 per person). The actual admission ticket price is subject to the attraction's pricing.
2) If the pick-up/drop-off location is outside the specified zone, an additional fee will apply. The exact amount depends on the distance, and our staff will inform you of the price based on your hotel address.
Driver gratuities (recommended $3–5 per person per day)
4) All personal expenses and expenses not mentioned in the inclusions.
5) Additional costs incurred due to force majeure, such as transportation delays, strikes, weather conditions, aircraft or mechanical failures, flight cancellations, or schedule changes.
