▲ This cultural journey winding through the heart of Kyushu will take you through four poetic realms: the Zen tranquility of ancient temples with swaying wind chimes, the volcanic silhouettes against the skyline, storybook-like townscapes, and the earth's fiery breath. Each stop offers a profound dialogue with Kyushu's soul.

▲ Nyoirinji Temple This Edo-period temple is renowned for its wind chime corridor and frog stone Buddha. Over 200 bronze wind chimes hang along both sides of the approach path, creating distinct musical scales when caressed by the breeze. Certified as "naturally therapeutic sounds," it offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.

▲ Mount Yufu Trailhead From the observation deck at the trailhead, you can enjoy clear views of the complete volcanic cone and lava formations. During winter (December 10 to March 10), the Mount Yufu trailhead will be closed, and additional time will be allocated for exploring Yufuin.

▲ Yufuin + Kinrinko Lake (including lunch time) This fairytale-like town is rated as a two-star attraction in the Michelin Green Guide. The main street is lined with artistic boutiques, dessert workshops, and art galleries. Kinrinko Lake boasts stunning surroundings, with the water reflecting mountain views and architecture at dawn and dusk. Hidden along the lakeshore are multiple art installations, perfect for leisurely exploration and photography.

▲ Beppu Hells - Umi Jigoku + Kamado Jigoku Here, the earth unveils its scorching veil. Umi Jigoku resembles a molten sapphire, shimmering with mysterious radiance amidst sulfur steam, while 98℃ hot springs continuously whisper the temperature of the earth's core.

▲ This carefully crafted journey connects the captivating scenic highlights of Kyushu: the Zen echoes of ancient wind-bell temples, the geological poetry of volcanic landscapes, the artistic charm of storybook towns, and the primal rhythms of geothermal wonders - making every moment a travel memory worth treasuring.
